Tenants Are Looking For You

One of the key points we stress is that we take pride in our relationships with our tenants. We treat them like gold, because happy tenants bring you more happy tenants, they look after the property and they pay their rent on time. Apparently, some U.S. banks haven’t figured this out yet.

An interesting article from NPR points a finger at some major banks as not being model landlords. After you read the article, you will recognize that as a huge understatement.

The article also underlines another important principle. “Banks don’t want to take your home and own it,” Leonard says. “They’re stuck with plumbing and electrical maintenance that is well beyond their mission”, he adds. “They have to hire a property manager to take care of the property.”

Banks would rather sell the property than rent it is the bottom line. Have you started your journey to owning U.S. Real Estate yet? If not, contact us today for information on how you can get started!
